hi i am a 14 YO 15 in 3 months, i weigh 199pounds (us) and wanna try and get fitter in 15 months, i have some friends staying over then ;D and wanna get fitter before i start going to some clubs xD i dont think im overweight but have been called fatty in school alot (as a joke)
i have a gym 3 blocks down the road, which i am a local member of, Atm im running 2 miles on monday 30 mins on cycler on wednesday and 4 miles on friday on a cross trainer, and then on sunday i usually run / walk/crawl 6 miles.
I was wondering if i could have some advice on how i could get a 6 pack or near a 6 pack in 15 months,
Any comments would be AMAZING HELP, as i need to change how i am atm,
P.S if i could have how many Calories are in a KG that would be great =D (the machines in the gym say how many calories i have lost/burned/killed)
Cut off the flab. Hop on a healthy diet. Cut down the calories. Down the protein shakes. Do heaps of sit ups, crunches, etc. And make sure you do some other upper body workouts too it will look weird a hell tank abs and the rest of body not in proportion.
