household items

i only get access to a gym 2 or 3 times a week. what are some things i can use at home to replace exercise equipment? I'm already doing push ups and situps. but i need to do other stuff i don't have the equipment for. example: pull ups and lifting weights.

I don't know if you like the bosu ball or exercise ball, but you can do some great strength training exercises with those...I also like the resistance ropes for arm workouts.

Do you have a garage, if you do, theres your pull up and chin up equipment, the 2 parralell metal bars that help open your garage door on the roof.

Also, you can use 2 chairs to do dips
