How to split my workout routine.

Ok first question, is it best to only do each muscle one time a week?

Example:

Monday: Chest/Tricepts/shoulders
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Back and Bicepts
Thursday: Chest/Tricepts/Shoulders
Friday:Legs
Saturdayff
Sundayff
Monday:Back/Biceps
tuesday: Continue the routine.. ect ect.

But is it better to only work each ONCE a week? How many reps and workouts should i do on each day for each body part?

I believe its really personal preference
however I hit my entire body at least twice every other day for as much as an hour each time "usually an hour in the first workout then a 30minute later that day"

If you do decide to work the whole body then make sure to do it fast you have to transition from one exercise to the other as quickly as possible without killing yourself

It really depends on what you are aiming for: size, strength, or tonage? As for reps and workouts, you should do more compound workouts than isolation and for reps: as I said it really depends on what you are aimimg for.
