Live in Country and Need HELP!!!
Hi everyone,
I just turned 15 and with school out, I am starting to get out of shape. I am about 5'3 and about 130lbs. I am usually very active in school such as playing basketball and volleyball, as well as swimming. I don't know my bf %.
I live in the country and dont have access to a gym or equipment. I want to tone up again and be able to run for a long time again like i did in basketball. For about a week now, i am eating fresh fruit and stuff that isn't packaged now. As living on a farm, we eat alot of beef and seem to eat alot of chicken too.
My Goal for this summer is to drop about 10-15 lbs and get better with my cardio for the new school year. I am going to a new highschool and would like to go feeling confident about my appearence. I am in the higher level of gym class and dont want to tire out easily.
Thanks,
Megan

If you're living on a farm, I'm sure you have a large area to run around and do some HIIT training. Also, be inventive, find some items your comfortable lifting and form yourself a routine. You'll be ok.
