- One bowl of oatmeal
- Milk shake (yogurt, banana, milk, egg)
Some days I'll have a bowl of Vector instead of the oatmeal. I was just wondering if this is a good breakfast if I'm going to workout later on. Should I eat more/less? or should I change what I'm eating all together? I'm 15 years old, 5'10, 130 pounds.

Yeah, so do you eat only one meal a day or what? How can we know if is or is not enough food if we don't know how much els you eat?
By a looks at your weight to hight I would say you need to eat a hell of allot more. Though, I can not say that with full confidence unless you list an entire typical day. |
