Need Advice

Hey i just wanted a few answers from anyone willing to help

Im in high school and like to run in the morning. I usually run for about thirty minutes. I want to get bigger as well though. What do u suggest? I would like to keep running in the morning. Do i Have to lift before I run or what?

I also eat a banana before I run. Is that enough to prevent my muscle that I already have to be burnt from the run?

Finally, am i even running enough in the morning to burn a good bit of fat

Thanks

I would have advised lifting when you don't run in the mornings because you would be too fatigued to perform another workout at 100%either way if you lift weights before or after running, but since you like running you should lift later in the day. You will still get big if you workout later in day. By the way do you even workout?

What do you mean? Like a loss of muscle or just getting tired from the run?

Only if you are challenging yourself everytime. Are you running outside or on tredmill?
