| | | Need Help Building Six Pack And Loose Skin Hi, im 14 and i lost a gud stone and half and i have alot of loose skin on my stomach and finding it very hard to do sit-ups
I would like to lose the skin first and then start building muscle i already do abit of weight lifting but i dont think it will help with the loose skin
any help wud be gud thnks |

When you start going to a gym let us know. And you WILL get help setting a program for your age group. Now bare in mind your gonna get advice, you may have to decipher the info and develop your own program, but I think you will get enough to get the job done.
You have come to the right place. I hope you feel welcome and compfortable.

| | | You build up muscle with proper weight training. I advocate a FBW 3 times a week or an upper lower split 4 times a week. Each containing groups of compound exercises (squat, dead, bench, military press, pullup, rows, etc.) as those hit the most muscle groups/fibers and stimulate the most growth. |

| | | there should be protein IN your diet yes. not just protein, You need a healthy combination of proteins, carbs and fats, I'm sure someone else will answer this, as I'm not very knowledgable in diet.
Btw, the listed exercises I gave, aren't your workout, they are jsut exercises that could be in your workout. |
