Hey, I can help you developing a new training program. For doing so, I would need you to tell me a few things about you.
Do you have any idea of your fat %? Or otherwise, how many pounds of fat would you say you have to lose?
What is your diet and school training program like?
Are you already working with weights?

See you later.
