New Training Program

heya, well im 14, 15 next april.. i weigh about 67kg (about 147lbs) and im about 5'6 tall. I started training roughly 3 months ago at 163lbs and now 147. I think i may have lost more coz ive been doing light weights aswell during the process. my training right now involves bball routines and sprints, i do that 6 days a week with light weights every second day (2kg weights only, nothing heavy at all). my legs are pretty buff coz i did takewondo for 3 years and swimming for 7, but my arms arnt that big at all, they look a lil toned thats it. what i wanna do is lose more weight to be able to see my abs and work my arms and upper body up. any suggestions would be great
