Question A Question???

First off I'd like to apologize for all my questions, It's just I kind of worry about stuff and like to ask other people questions. Sorry if I'm pestering.

I was wondering if there was some way to lose fat on my hips. I'm not overweight for my height (I'm 5"3, 95 pounds) but there seems to be allot of fat on my hips. Do you think I'm amagining it, or is there something I can do? I've been exercising regularly for six months and have been doing the South Beach diet for a month with my family. I've attached a list of my stats below just incase you need it. Thanks

Height: 5 feet 3 inches
Weight: 95 pounds
BMI: 16.60
Regular Weekly Exercise: 1 to 3 miles every day with longer runs every Saturday totallong around 20 miles.
Diet: South Beach

Hope that helps
Thanks again

Can you tell me what I should do in this workout? All I have at home are some barbells and one bar with about 50 pounds of removable weight. I don't have access to a gym so... If you could tell me what I should do I would be VERY grateful.

Thanks
