Routine for a Skinny 14 Year Old?

I'm 14 years old and probably about 5'7"ish and probably between 100-105 lbs or so. As you can imagine, I'm skinny. :P

So, I don't have any weights, workout machines, etc ( ) , but I was really hoping to put on some muscle this summer. So can anyone maybe give me a routine that I could do throughout the summer to maybe start gaining some weight and muscle? I hate being so skinny, but understand that my body just might not be developing fast muscle wise because of puberty. But might as well as jump start it, eh? :P

I also have a pool and am planning on doing some laps and whatnot. And lastly, we may be getting a cousins old workout machine this fall, so hopefully I will be in shape to start using that. I think its a Bodygear 30 or g30 or something. So, any advice?

You can't put on any muscle without resistance training. You need weights.

Dermo's right - pushups, pullups, lunges, farmer's walk, etc.
