Exclamation training for soccer season

Hi everyone! I am fourteen years old and am looking to start training so that i am in shape for soccer season which starts August 14th! i will not have access to any exercise equipment over the summer, but i can definitely run. what i want to know is how long i should be running and what other exercises i should be doing! i really have no clue where to start so any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Best thing for you to do is build up your strength along with some form of interval training. Any type of distance running will make you slower and weaker. Focus on body weight squats and lunnges.

yeah definitely interval training,
i would run hard for 30 seconds and then jog or walk for 1 minute do this about 5 times and build up also doing sprints up hill make you in great shape and very fast
