In P.E., we have to design a four week workout plan that includes cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength (legs and arms), muscular endurance (arms and abdominals), and flexibility (back, legs and shoulders). I have the cardiovascular endurance down, but I don't really know what exercises there are for the other three. I actually don't even really know the difference between muscular strength and muscular endurance. It probably sounds like I want you to do my homework for me, but I've looked really hard and can't seem to find much information anywhere. If you could help me at all, I would really appreciate it.
