    "V" shape abs on GIRLS.

What are some good Hip flexors, and oblique exercises
that make the "v" shape stick out, and be noticeable?
And how do you do them?
    I'm a girl, 16, 102lbs, 5'4ish.
    I also jog about 2.3miles - 2.7, 3.7 - 4.5mph ea day [6 days/week]
75-100 regular crunches ea day [6days/week]
&& No soda, rarely any junk food, && eat healthy food.
I eat fruits & vegetables about everyday.
    This is my stomach now,
    tightened.

    && normal.

How can i make my abs/stomach more "v"ish?
I also go to the gym now,
so what machines would be good for this?
Don't say it's too manly, I want it no matter what. =/

YOu need to first set up a good diet that will allow you to lose body fat. After that is accomplished a strength training routine would work wonders for you.

Its not so much you need to work "those" muscles to get those lines. YOu need to reduce body fat.

well it doesn't matter how healthy you eat (well ok, it does) but what is most important when losing fat is how much you eat. if you eat a surplus of healthy food, you will still gain weight. You should probably start eating less until you reach a weight loss of about 1 lbs a week. Now, you might have to build some muscle before or after the cut, since bigger muscles show easier through a bit of body fat. The abs and obliques would be your best bet (but you also need to work your entire body with the big lifts!)

I've already been doing that for a month now,
    I havent noticed much results,
lost about 2% body fat, gained some muscle in my legs,
    Nothing else.
Are their any exercises mainly for abs, or most for abs?
& Theres no machines that I could use to get those "v" lines?

you need to build the muscles of the abdomen. I wouldn't do it with machines though. Just do some ab exercises, doesn't have to be anything special.

There are only a few things you an do to get those "v-lines":

    1. cardio to loose fat
    2. weight/strength exercises to build muscle
    3. diet

and then the only thing you can rely on is genes

Either you genetically can get them, or you can't.

If you do everything right (i.e. diet, exercise, fat loss) you will get the best your body can get.

agreed. Losing fat is all about the deflect. You can use cardio to get in a deflect, you can use weightlifting to get in a deflect (by eating the same and adding cardio or lifting until you hit a deflect) but the easiest way to do it is probably just to eat a bit less.
