want to start working out (I'm 14)

I'm 14 I have been told i am skinnny but I'm about average. I'm 53kg(117lb) and I'm 5'8. I got hardly any muscle in my arms I can do twenty pushups in a row. I can do 100 situps but I need some sort of program or arrangement other wise i have no motivation to work out. I'm a big eater and I'm always hungry I love all foods so eating proteen isn't a problem. I got waits at my house (2kg) but apart from that my work out can be done at home or out side. I play during the recess with my friends basketball.
could someone give me an idea of where to start and how much to do... if I start something I tend to finish it so I don't think I'll give up and I'm ready to work hard to achieve my goal.

I'm a little older than you, but I had the same problem until about two weeks ago. I'm a college athlete and after I had a rough freshman season, I knew I needed to start getting into shape but I didn't have a good workout routine. My aunt who does ironwoman competitions and has trained with Carmichael, Lance Armstrong's trainer, told me about NextFit. im a beginner aswell, even though i dont know much, this is what I somtimes do:
Chair tricep dips
dips
overhead dumbell extensions
barbell curls
dumbell curls
flat bench press
dumbel press
21's
front raise
3 sets 10 reps for each exercise.
then like the next day do like
50 situps, rest, 25 pushups, rest,50 situps. then like a 10 minute run.
then do like 3 sets 10 reps barbel and dumbel reverse curls.
