Exclamation Weight Loss

I have a few questions about weight loss. I'm 13, weigh 96 pnds, am 5,3, and haven't hit my growth spurt. I'm not overweight anywhere but on my hips and stomach, but I know that to lose weight anywhere you have to lose it everywhere. I run every day but that dosen't seem to be helping. My metobalism seems like it dosen't work.

I was wndering if I shouldn't worry about it, or if I should change my diet.

Thanks
Thomas

You are not overweight for your height and age at all. Don't worry about it. If you've been eating a lot of bad stuff, and I'm sure you know if you are, you should try to eat healthier for your overall health.

Anyways, boys at your age tend to appear a little chubby, but that's all in preparation for their growth spurt. You'll need that to get tall.
