what is your max bench?

well i basically used all the wieghts in my house that fitted on my bb and it appeared that my max bench for 2 reps is 51.58816935129 lbs+. maybe including the bb it will be around 62.611282461 lbs. but the bad thing is that i dont have any scales. And just to tell you that I am quite skinny and i have no muscle at all. ive only been workig out for maybe a month and I havent been workout out so hard. So i can bench 62.611282461 lbs +. so everyone, how much can u bench?

Mind posting your full routine? Do you eat enough?

In the weight training section theres a thread called 'the bench chart'. It will tell you peoples max lifts if your interested.

well im aussie and I used a convertor.
I am 13 with a hight of 4.62 and I wiegh around 80 lb's.
my diet isn't really good cos I don't have a choice of what to eat. My mum is really busy and I can't expect her to buy so much food.

8:00am: 3 Wheat bix with skim milk or a light milk.

10:00am: 2 eggs or 1 egg on toast and some milo milk.

12:00: This is the part where I dont have anything to eat cos my mum is always busy and we have nothing in our cupboard. Normally some more egg on bread. or a ham sandwich.

4:00pm: A piece of fruit (apple, mandarine etc)

7:30pm: (My only decent meal) Rice everynight will some sort of meat( Chicken, Beef, fish etc) with some vegetables like lettuce tomato and carrot. Sometime my mum buys this salad thing tha has all these leaves and stuff that I like to eat.

So yeah thats my diet... it's really bad for bodybuilding but I just want to eat healthy and lift some wieghts you know. I dont really want to eat like 10 eggs for breake and 5 steaks for lunch.
