16 Years and Looking to Advance

I'm 16 this month 5'9" 160 pounds. In the begining of the school year I was 2" shorter and 20+ pounds lighter. I started working out about 3 times a week early in the morning this winter. I know a bit about nutrition and I want to further my weight training this summer. I'm going to workout about 3 or 4 times a week from 8-10. I will get a good jog and stretching out I won't workout the whole time. I play baseball and basketball. Baseball needs the flexibility so I will focus a lot of time on that. The thing I need to do is to set goals.

I want to focus on my baseball workouts I have a whole workout book for pitching strength which is total body legs core and arms. It will help me with all baseball especially throwing.

I have also done some olympic lifting and I really enjoy it. I am up to about 135 pounds for a max with the clean and jerk. I haven't been doing it long and I'm hoping to get to my body weight. I never feel stressed and I think my form is down pretty good. I could always videotape my form at home if someone could give me tips.

I'm thinking about doing specific olympic type training to get stronger but will need help with that also. I don't want to do anything that is going to hurt my body.

Any suggestions on building my olympic lifting strength or on supplementation? I have an idea of a whey protein supp mixing it with carbs from bodybuilding.com

Thanks

Bower
