*No replies?? LoL. I was really looking forward to reading some ideas... like I said, I'm SO tired of being scrawny - I want to gain like 35lbs. What do you think would be the best way possible?? Non-stop wieght lifting day in and day out, or just eating until I burst? I feel like no matter what I try, my wrists don't get any bigger... and niether do I. I need to gain wieght. How?
