I always do hiit at the track or on the treadmill. Is is possible to do it on a mini trampoline??? I tried it and it seemed to be O.k. It would be good for a change of pace I guess. Any comments? I warmed up 5 minutes just jogging on it, then did fast run in place for 40 seconds, 1 minute slow jog in place for about 10 intervals, then 5 min cool down?
