    Swimming

Since becoming a trainer, I have not used the swimming pool for quite sometime, I did a session in the pool thismorning just myself and I had completely forgot what I have been missing out on.
It's such a great way to exercise and build fitness and is bascially no impact, I always found previously that swimming helped a lot with stress and anxiety, more so than a workout in the gym.
Would love to hear some other opinions.

I swim and try to become a better swimmer so I can feel more comfortable in the water and because it is the first leg of a triathlon.

Swimming is one of the sports that promotes good exercises in very part of the body. Because at swimming we tend to move our arms and legs, this is also an exercise on how to manage good breathing. Just be on sports and you will get fit.

Yes, swimming is really a fun way to exercise. It's been weeks since I haven't done it, so busy at work. But, I'll make sure to get back on it next week.

Yeah, swimming works for your whole body, improves cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strength, endurance, posture, and flexibility all at the same time. Your cardiovascular system in particular benefits because swimming improves your body’s use of oxygen without overworking your heart. Though I am not doing it everyday due to my busy sched, I make it a point that I make it at least once a week.

I love Swimming too - although I am not that competitive, I only do it because it is so much fun. Although I dream of doing triathlons. Hopefully in 3 years time I can join big races like the Iron man. hopefully when I begin to take things seriously.
