    I run 2 times a week. I know it's nothing but i'm reqlly just starting now :/ plus i do pilates twice a week as well

    depending on your body, endurance and stamina. I run 3,4 days in week and walk or job rest of the days.

    I would suggest that whether anyone is a beginner or expert, running daily is a good habit. Whereas, beginners can keep their running time less than experts. I am not a expert but I run daily as it is the best way to fight depression as well.

    In my opinion running can build your stamina, so I run every day. And I am an athlete so it is important to keep to help them preform well and stay active.

    I run 5 times a week , Saturday and Sunday rest day.

    I run 5 km per day in the morning daily. with this i'm very fit and fine and i am doing any kind of work with myself...!!! so i recommended every one going for running daily.
