    Hi. Do you know a good diet for a person with psoriasis to keep skin healthy (or at least try...) and support the drugs? I have - unfortunately - psoriasis and for almost 6 years I am looking for cure. Guess what - there isn't one. Is lifetime, autoimmune disease and all I can do is to make it easier to live with. Sometimes my skin is so ichy I'm going crazy. And it looks horrible - I can feel the public stigma on my skin, because it looks like leprosy or similar. I believe besides the drugs it is important to stay healthy - do sport, eat healthy. But perhaps there is someone with a bit of experience in psoriasis diet. Here I found that apple cider vinegar should help with psoriasis treatment. Anyone tried?

    I usually eat green leafy vegetables because it can drastically reduce chances of cancer.
