    HI,
    I am 17 years old and I weigh about 320lbs and 6 feet 5 inches tall. I have been trying to lose weight for quite a while but nothing seems to be working.

    I currently exercise/ workout 6 days a week. My workout consists of:
    - half mile jog.
    - 11 100M drills (High knees, butt kickers, skips, etc)
    - 10 60 yard sprints.
    - 2 hours of lifting (bench, leg press, etc)
    -

    I feel like that should be enough to lose more than I have (10lbs since like October).

    What can I do to see the weight go away faster?

    It is not an easy work for everyone. As you told in your post, your age is 17 years and weigh 320Lbs. I think you must workout reduce it as soon as possible to live a healthy and easy life. Also avoid diet with calories and get some help from Personal fitness training center or gym. A personal trainer can guide you how to keep your body fit and lose weight effectively.     Hii !

    I was having the same problem, I tried so many things and did exercise daily but didn't get any result.
    Then my brother who is a gym trainer suggested me to drink more water. And I started drinking a daily 8-9 glass of water daily and continue daily workout also took normal diet and did nothing more and you can't believe it helped me a lot.

    Many studies show that water benefits weight loss and it also helps in stress reduction and keeps you active.

    Remember to take your regular diet, do exercise daily and believe yourself that you can do, you can get what you need.
    You can find more about this by consulting your dietician/doctor they suggest you a better way.
