    Proper diet plan and do workouts at least 3 to 4 times a week..

    It is not an easy work for everyone. As you told in your post, your age is 17 years and weigh 320Lbs. I think you must workout reduce it as soon as possible to live a healthy and easy life. Also avoid diet with calories and get some help from Personal fitness training center or gym. A personal trainer can guide you how to keep your body fit and lose weight effectively. I want to share Bitcardiff personal trainer from whom I took fitness training and reduce my 22 Lbs weight.
