    If you seriously want to build your body, Please make sure that you are doing a full body workout. If you want to learn it by yourself then i can recommend some videos for that, please watch

    Fir gain muscle full body workout is important ,diet also important every morning and evening do 2 hour body workout

    6 tips for body building:-

    Tip 1:- FOCUS ON LIFTING MORE WEIGHT OVER TIME
    Tip 2:- GO ONE REP SHORT OF FAILURE
    Tip 3:- ONLY PERFORM EXERCISES THAT WORK AT LEAST TWO MUSCLE GROUPS AT ONCE
    Tip 4:- FUEL YOUR BODY RIGHT BEFORE AND AFTER THE WORKOUT
    Tip 5:- NEVER GO MORE THAN TWO WEEKS WITHOUT A CHANGE
    Tip 6:- REMEMBER REST IS REQUIRED

    If you're looking to build muscles, the first step is to learn proper technique in order to avoid injury while seeing good results. My advice would be to find a nearby personal trainer for at least a few sessions. Although this is an added cost, it will definitely be worth it in the long run. A qualified personal trainer will be able to teach you proper techniques and build a work out plan specific to your goals.     If your sticking point on the bench press is at the bottom of the lift when the bar is on your chest, work on dumbbell bench presses with your palms facing each other. This positioning also forces you to tuck your elbows close to your sides when you lower the weights, which will become a habit when you press with a barbell. Benching with elbows tucked makes for a safer, stronger lift.
