    Yoga is very helpful in mental, spiritual and physical balance, The meditation helps in cleaning the thougts and increase the positivity inside you. Now you is not like contemporary exercise. modern yoga is way ahead of simplicity, many celebrities are not adopting yoga instead of gyming. Yoga give positive effects slowly and it doesn't harm the human body like other gym exercises.

    Okay, I am feeling like a yogi already reading all the comments. Yoga can be beneficial in the following ways -
    ? I think it gives the yogis, peace of mind
    ? Relaxes the tense body muscles
    ? Develops a habit of exercise especially stretching
    ? Disciplines them

    I am agree with it, yoga help us to maintain balance between personal and professional life. It improves physical strength, overcome depression and lots more.
    In my opinion everyone should do yoga.

    If you are not getting time then you can practice two or three times a week. Its not necessary to practice yoga daily.
