Basically yoga is practiced and developed to open our body and clear our mind and Yoga always helps to increased flexibility, muscle strength and tone.
I see the title mentioning the benefits of yoga but there is no mentions of that in the post, am I missing something?

People always say it's spiritual, meditation, relaxing, things like I read here.
To me, it's hard, it's very helpful; I no longer have a number of pains (foot, back,) that I use to have, fewer cramps and so on.
So, it's useful but I don't get all of the other benefits that are so often mentioned.
I hardly find crow pose, etc. to be relaxing.
