    Losing muscle rather than gaining

Hi guys! So I'm new to this forum, tried to search for my topic, but nothing came up. I am a pole dancer for the last 1 year and 5 months. I have quite a sporty body, but never too muscly. I had perfect arms before starting pole dancing. Now, I am training for pole 3 times a week, approx 1.5 hours per session. My arms are getting very big and muscly and I am very insecure about them. I would like to know if there is any way I could lose all this muscle? I stopped eating lots of protein, eat mostly vegetables and some dairy. If there is any way I could lose the muscle on my arms, and if anyone knows I would be very grateful! I would like to have smaller arms, of course they will be muscly but now they are just huge! Also, recently I started doing about 30 minutes cardio every day. Thank you!

You want to lose your muscles? This sounds weird. But if you really want that, you should stop training with weights, start running a lot of kilometres, so you can burn your muscle system and get thin.

Also you can take less calories daily than the calories your body burns and your body will start burning fat and later the muscles.

If you run a lot of kilometres and you can do diet (receiving less calories daily), your muscles will get burned and minimized.

This is none of our business, but do not try to lose muscle. It is a results of hard work and dedication. If you want to make your body even, work on other body parts more. In fact, having a well shaped and big arms is a good quality. Stick to that and do not hesitate.

The way I see it: muscles grow with the purpose to do their average load of work.
So if you want to lose muscles that were build with the purpose to carry your bodyweight when doing pole dancing the way to change your muscle composition would be to stop doing primarily pole dancing and do something else instead that focusses on a different muscle group.
If you do that though the chance is that you'll perform less well in pole dancing because you'll lose those muscles and that practise which is 'specialised' for pole dancing at the moment.

From a nutritional perspective, you want to eat (organic) meats, vegetables, (raw) nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no (added) sugar.
