Hey guys, I'm 22, been lifting for 4 years, I have been having decently terrible elbie tendinitis on the rear of the elbow. I do alot of heavy compound movements (545 deadlift, 335 bench, 120 lb dumb bell tricep extension for 10-12 reps). This injury has kept me out of the gym for a few days now and I'm starting to miss my biggest passion. Any tips and supplements I can take to help my poor elbow out? Thanks again.
