    Hi there! I saw your post about trying to prevent knee injury, I had a similar problem but with my ankle after a sprain many years ago! A local business in the north east designed a system called the hydrolactic system, it basically removes the lactic acid from your body at a quicker rate so recovery is faster and it also gives you more energy if used before exercise. I've had one session a week for 5 weeks now and it's done me the world of good! Could be worth taking a look at. Well worth the money
