    Sweating Issues

I hope I'm posting on the correct forum for this topic. If not, please feel free to redirect me to the correct place on the forum.

I've been working out for quite a long time, but in the past year I've noticed now that whenever I sweat heavily during a workout, my sweat smells like ammonia or even close to cat pee. I"ve done some online research and found that many sights are saying that I have too much protein and not enough carbs in my diet. However, I do eat a lot of carbs. I notice it more when I have had any amount of meat - especially red meats. Is this legit, or would someone out there have any advice that would be different?

    Many Thanks!

Some people soak their feet in a dilute vinegar solution to treat foot fungus and this acidic environment also discourages the bacteria that contribute to body odor.

You can use this mixture directly to your dry underarms to prevent sweating, as well as bad odor of your underarm. It can give you protection for several hours.

    Rosemary Herb

Rosemary herb has amazing benefits in this regard. It contains menthol and chlorophyll which helps immensely to prevent the growth of odor causing bacteria. It is widely used in Italian cooking and can kill bacteria and fungi. It acts as a natural deodorant that reduces strong body odor and also lends a nice fragrance to your body. The presence of zinc in it also aids to reduce bad smell of our body. There are different ways to use rosemary to control body odor problems. To get a very effective result, take half a cup of dried rosemary leaves and add it to 4 cups of water. Then wait for sometimes and apply it to the water of your bath. Sweating Issues

If you dont have any other symptoms except sweating, then thats fine. It doesnt matter if you live in Baguio--you are already acclimatized to the temperature there, so your sweating profusely is normal. Its just our bodys way of regulating our inner temperature. Some people sweat more than others--thats how nature made us.
