    How do I lose weight fast?

    Hello Friends,

    I am Susan Stukes residing in USA.I am so much overweight. Can anybody please tell me a good weight lose excrcise,supplement or any other effective method.Please help .

    2. Ban White Bread and Pasta
    3. Do Cardio 30 Minutes a Day
    4. Drink Coffee an Hour Before Working Out
    5. Have Nightly You-on-Top Sex
    6. Do 36 Push-Ups and Lunges Every Other Day
    7. Sleep 30 Minutes More a Night
    8. Make One Food Sacrifice
    9. Don't Let the Camera Add Pounds
    10. GET THINNER IN HOURS
    11. Eat Salmon for Lunch
    12. Stand Up Straight
    13. Do Squats and Sit-Ups
    14. Pop an Antigas Pill

    IF you want to lose weight fast i would create a schedule and diet plan

    first schedule for gym
    second diet plans what to eat and how many times
    also you can run 5 miles a day.

    if you are planning to reduce weight you should follow proper diet plan and exercise. consult fitness expert for better result.

    1. Don't Eat Any One Food (Except for Veggies) More Than Once Per Day
    2. Eat Legumes at Least Four Times a Week
    3. Get 8.5 Hours of Sleep
    4. Drink a Liter of Water for Every 50 Pounds You Weigh
    5. Cut Back on Processed Foods and Salt
    6. Do 20 Minutes of High-Intensity Interval Training
    7. Avoid Pasta, Cookies, and Candy
    8. Eat Whole Carbs, Proteins, and Fats Every Few Hours
    9. Eat a Handful of Nuts Every Day
