Hey Guys! My name is Rebecca, i enjoy going to the gym and keeping fit, but i need a little help like i dont know whats best to do all over body, split or train each individual muscle groups? I'm looking to tone up, gain strength and build a booty anyway a little more about me haha i'm 24, i'm a full time student, studying Rehabilitation & Injury Managament i'm also from the UK!
