Hi all

I am a skinny male aged 50 who has always had trouble putting weight on.
Unfortunately I have high cholesterol so my fat intake is limited.
I eat healthily and good size meals and I exercise (cardio and weights) several times a week.
I recently started taking probiotics as I heard they were good for anxiety of which I suffer from. I also started taking vitamin d supplements on advice from doctor for my low tostesterone.
I have noticed I am losing fat but i am actually weighing slightly more on the scales.
Does anyone know if this would be the probiotics or the vitamin d ?

Any help appreciated.
