    My back is getting better and the fever is much better.
    My body needs more rest but I started doing boxing and yoga again, short training periods.
    Made some new boxing films but havent put them out on internett.

    My weight is now 79 kg(:
    Training bodybuilding 4 days in a week, at my basement at home with out gym equiptment.

    Am a fan of knee kicks I train them on my boxing bag, in the basment were I live.
    And I do bodyweight training with some resistance, example a tool kit too train back with,
    bag of water too train biceps with, backpack with weight too train pushups(:

    Wood pallet training today, good short workout.
    I lift the wood pallet up and down infront of me, And I shake it. I also walk with it and have it on my back. Sometimes I wrestle with two wood pallet in my arms, but you have too be careful with your back while you doing it.
