    I have lower back prolapse soon back with heavy training(:
    I suggeste 3-4 weeks with rest it will take.

    Did sprinting and my back colapsed again. Must wait maby 4-12 weeks too see if it gets better):
    Lower back prolapse

    110 -130kg army press in front of head 1 rep max, Before prolapse.

    My prolaps is getting better and my new boxing video on twitter and youtube are out(:
    quit doing heavy lifting cause of lower back prolaps.
