    how should i learn about nutrition?

    What are some good nutrition books for fitness fans? after reading those, how should i create my own diet plan for bodybuilding/weight loss.

    What is it you are looking to achieve? I assume, given you state bodybuilding/weight loss that you want to add muscle while losing fat? Short answer is cut your calories, lift some weights and up your protein intake
