That is a ridiculous assumption. This is not the reason you have extra weight.
Also, you wont do yourself any good by eating LESS. You need to eat MORE frequently. Eat every 2-3 hours and you body wont store as much fat. Then lift weights and do a little aerobic exercise and the weight will peel off you like an onion. Go to to book store and pick up some books on the subject. There is no excuse for ignorance.
