hey guys im 13 , im fair short im ike dot on 5 foot
im not fat atal but like the bottom of my belly sticks out about a inch and a half
no flab !! and some guys , friends in my year are starting to get a six pack now
my diet int bad but not good either
and i dont know what to eat to help i do have gym access so any suggestions
would be great i just want to sort of fit in a little bit
im aslo going to spain in 3 weeks time do yu rekon i could be complete flat
stomach by then >??

ps : i dont want to be ripped just a easily veiwable six pack .
